Baja Chipotle Chicken

Postby Williep » Wed May 24, 2017 5:35 am

I saw this marinade at the store the other day so I thought I'd give it a try and was very pleased with the way the chicken turned out. I tenderized the skinless chicken breast and let them marinate in this stuff for several hour's in the refrigerator, seared both sides over the coal's, moved to the other end of the pit, poured some more marinade on them, closed the lid and let them smoke/cook for about an hour or so. Also while I was at the store I saw some Ore-ida steakhouse fries I'd never seen before so I gave them a try, baked them in the oven for about half an hour, .

It looks great. I'll have to try this approach for my next chicken breasts.

Looking good willie, what is in the marinade? Ingredients please. I may try and replicate this as I won't be able to get it here.
