Pork Loin questions
Picked up a boneless pork loin yesterday. Going to cook on a Weber kettle. Problem is my meat thermometer broke. Looking for general guidance on what temp to cook and how long.

Wrap it in bacon and cook it until the bacon is done. I do that and the internal is usually about 150 or 155 but still very juicy due to the bacon.

Re: Pork Loin questions
For me; hot and fast is the way to go with whole pork loin. Too low and it's gonna be tougher than chinese algebra and dry as the desert. I like to cook them at 325-350 for about 12-15 min per lb. I usually cook them to about medium/medium well. There is usually just a taaaad bit of pink left.

Final product turned out pretty good. I hour indirect, half hour wrapped in foil, let it rest for 30 minutes to finish up.
