Racin' brisket & pork butt

Postby bsooner75 » Sun May 28, 2017 7:28 pm

Planned on being home all day watching the races so figured I might as well fire up the smoker. Started w/ the Monaco GP, then Indy and now waiting on the Coke 600 weather delay. Hauled the TV out to the patio and did a S&P brisket and pork butt using Aaron Franklin's mixture. Turned out pretty good if I do say so myself.

Russ - that crash was scary. As was the guy on his side at the GP.

Thanks all. It was a good cook start to finish. Locked in at 250 and just let Blue do what Blue does.
