My Memorial Day brisket

Postby MildBill » Mon May 29, 2017 3:49 pm

Yesterday we tested out our new smoker. We smoked our first brisket in a couple years. I forgot how much I enjoyed doing it.

We picked up a cheap, Masterbuilt bullet smoker. We are hoping it will last long enough until we can afford the smoker we really want.

It turned out pretty well. I can't wait until next weekend when we try something else.

Hey, Mild Bill, glad your brisket turned out the way you wanted - - - - FYI, the reason your pics don't show is because they are too large - - - they can't be over 1200 x 1200 pixels.

Thanks Bobcat, I was in the process of doing the same thing  :salut:

Hey Mild Bill, that looks almost identical to my ECB and, even tho I have a kettle and a pellet grill, I'll never give up my ECB - - - 'course they don't make them any more so I may be looking for a clone when my Brinkman goes kaput. :dont:

Thanks for the heads up! I will remember that. This is my first time using Tapatalk. I did the "Best picture" size. I'll remember next time [SMILING FACE WITH SMILING EYES]
