First Brisket on the Lyfe Tyme

Cooked 2 17 lb briskets on the new pit. About 18 hrs total. Turned out great.

Got involved with family and friends and didn't get final pics. I wish I would have. It turned out great. Nice smoke ring. Tender and juicy.

I've had suspicions those pits were a good investment. Looks like it cooks well. Any problems with fire/temp control?
