It turned out not too bad for being in a hurry :D
Had great flavor with the Butchers injection. Super tender. The thin end of the flat wasn't as moist as I would have liked but all in all it was pretty darn good.

Had this one in the freezer for going on 3 months.
Thinking from now on I'm going plan ahead and stick with fresh unfrozen Briskets. At my age I don't need the extra stress of.... will it or will it not thaw out in time. :dont:

My wife gave it two thumps up last night :D but tonight she's having left over meatloaf :scratch: :dont:

"Oh well" Brisket on the menu for me tonight :D
