It turned out not too bad for being in a hurry
Had great flavor with the Butchers injection. Super tender. The thin end of the flat wasn't as moist as I would have liked but all in all it was pretty darn good.
Had this one in the freezer for going on 3 months.
Thinking from now on I'm going plan ahead and stick with fresh unfrozen Briskets. At my age I don't need the extra stress of.... will it or will it not thaw out in time.
My wife gave it two thumps up last night but tonight she's having left over meatloaf
