So far, I haven't found a good source of beef ribs in Dallas. It seems that what I find in the stores is more bone and less meat. :dont:

That's the truth. Found then once at Market Street in Lewisville but they told me the don't carry them anymore. Heard Sam's has then but I have a Costco membership …

Yeah it was a journey to find these. I was also thinking of maybe ordering them but I am sure it has to be a bulk order. I would say find a small rural meat processor and call them up and ask them. Back before I started smoking I use to just buy steak from this place on my way home from work and they had everything! But I wasnt about smoking yet. Now its a 4 hour drive round trip but im thinking of making it.
