I'm with you here, I LOVE a product here called chow chow, it's pickled cauliflower and gerkins and other stuff , turmeric fo the colour too, I used to get bulk in 5kg , but the last one, " they changed the recipe ", it's more glutinous and slimy, I guess to make it go further,so now I just get the 300 gm jars. Really ticks me off. I've asked the wife to stockpile the old recipe in wee jars. Drives me crazy why they change. Grrrrr

Re: looking for sauce similar to Bone Suckin' brand
I'm sure glad I stumbled on to this forum looking for a recommendation for a bbq sauce because I just tried Sucklebusters Honey and I was very impressed! That particular one is just a little too sweet for me but still very good, and I'm going to sell it on my website (samsbutchershop.com) along with the Peach and Regular. Also, I chatted with Dan last week and he seems like a great guy. Thanks folks!

Plus one over the other guys regarding Sucklebusters. And the honey flavor is definitely not super sweet, just sweeter than the original. The consistency of Gator's sauces is extremely good for use as a glaze for both grilling and smoking meat.

Just took a tour around your website and from what I see, I think that the quality of Suckle Busters products should go very well with your operation. Hope Y'all can get together for a mutually pleasant sharing. BTW, that Buckboard Bacon looks great .

Yeah I agree you made the correct choice ... and the honey is not that sweet to me and on occasion I have added agave to it (like when I do Bacon Donuts) just to bump the sweetness.
