Anyone firing up a pit?

We have my daughter's dance recital on Sunday, so simple weekend. Smoking a turkey breast after lunch today.

Smash burgers on brioche buns courtesy of the Blackstone tonight with a side of macaroni salad

Five pork tenderloins cooked to order for a client tomorrow morning followed by 2 racks of St. Louis ribs (plus sides) as a graduation gift for a friend of a friend tomorrow afternoon....
