What's on today's menu?
For dinner tonight, I'll be grilling homemade burger patties. Then glad way through the cook, I'll brush on a sweet teriyaki glaze to both sides and keep that up periodically until the end.

Today is beef sausage, tomorrow is boneless chicken thighs with Jamaican rub and a spatchcock chicken with just olive oil and salt.

CD, those look amazing! Puts my teriyaki glazed burgers to shame. Everyone was raving about them here. Maybe my best burgers to date. But, those links are perfect.

Brother Russ, that looks like it should be on food Network. That is incredible. I can't wait to see the results. Also can't wait for my package. I'm going to try them with thighs first.
