..........and shrimp
I bought 4 lbs of fresh jumbo gulf shrimp last week, popped their heads off and froze them. So I have about 3 lbs of shrimp. So what should I have to go with it. I am thinking of asking how much the local Red Lobster wants for fresh lobster. What do you guys think?

New York strip, Flank steak, flat iron steak, ribeye, tri tip all pair nicely with shrimp.

Surf & Turf!!!!!
I bet the Red Lobster would charge you the same as if they cooked and served then. Besides…only good thing at that place is the cheesy biscuits.

I don't even play one on TV!

Good Choice by the Board of Directors I like to do mine like this Lady does hers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PBoRkGd-gVI I also like the taste of the meat so I don't invade it with anything except lemon and ?maybe? some garlic butter for dipping - - - good luck and post up your pics
OH, OMT - - a spicy sprinkle with Hootchie Mama might be your ticket to some nice heat but NOT too spicy.

I've done tails in foil with butter and Old Bay but never a whole live lobster tho.
Verdict will always be out on how best to Humanely cook one, I myself would Never try cooking live lobster on the grill.
Just my 3¢
