Was going to throw my hat into the showdown but just now realized I forgot the card in the photo...oh well....picture where nothin special any ways :dont:
Smoked up 17 racks of pig bones on the 2nd for a party on the 3rd celebrating the 4th
Gave the new BBQ blower...aka Yoda...a good workout. :laughing7:
As always I stuck with Gators Hogwaller rub and his honey BBQ
sauce
Yoda kept the pit temp between 215 and 235 the entire cook. All I had to do was add a split of cherry every hour or so.
Ribs are ready to be tinned

Didn't want them over done cause they where for a party the next day and would have to be reheated. Only left them in the tins for a hour then back on the racks for a hour laced with some SBs honey BBQ sauce Total cook time 7 hours.

Finished product

Wow, Wild Bill, just Wow  :salut:  - - - and to think I call two racks a "cook out" :banghead:

As far as the Throw Down goes just pile some of them leftovers on a plate and put a card on top - - - who's to know what Hawg it came from :laughing7: :D  (pun intended)

That's food!
