Brisket and some ribs.

Postby k.a.m. » Tue Jul 04, 2017 9:18 pm

I needed to test a new Bluetooth therm today and we were asked to cook a brisket and ribs for a friend so this was a great way to test the unit.
The brisket was a Creekstone choice 13 lb.

Just an observation but we're those ribs sold individually or in a two pack? I noticed actual meat on the bones
The ribs I burnt yesterday and most all of the other ones I have cooked over the last few years were real skimpy in the meat department. Maybe it's just me but u remember spare ribs having more meat on them in the past.

KAM, they are labeled as reserve primes? Guess I have never noticed that on ribs.
