Beef Going Up

I read an article today that US beef prices are expected to rise due to American beef being once again purchased by China. Us old pit boys just can't catch a break. :whiteflag:

Hmmm a local grocery store started stocking Mexican beef and so far it is pretty good but certainly not great.
It does beat the "Select" stuff @ Krogers.

Revisiting this one. Prime at Costco was $3.99 a lb yesterday. For the first time I actually walked out and thought about being less picky about what I cook.

Our fillet steak here is about $45 kg. you do the math, ? $60us kg? But pork is on special at $6 kg, but I think it's imported from Canada. Wtf???
