Crown Roast - old pic

Postby egghead » Fri Jul 14, 2017 12:06 am

Castironschris' Crown Roast reminded me of a couple I have done.

One was for a 2009 throwdown around Halloween :laughing7: and the other was for laughs.

I would tear that spam one up!! Funny thing when I was making mine I went to put it on my Weber and my neighbor was over and said "It ain't gonna fit!" And of course it didn't. Never even occurred to me that it would be too tall. Small delay, started up some coals in my Old Smokey and got it done!! Lesson learned. :banghead: :banghead:

Both look good, I've always found doing these intimidating, prolly why I've never done one. Great presentation btw.
