Almost half hog!

Postby Txdragon » Thu Jul 20, 2017 10:40 am

Sounds a bit more grand than it really is, but it's a technical loophole I'm gonna dive right through!! Pictured below is almost a half hog; just missing the hind leg. It's one of the smaller potbelly piggies, and it's going in the masterbuilt. Here we have the front shoulder, loin, ribs, and even a decent bit of belly. Wasn't enough to trim off for bacon, but will be just as good after some low and slow!
