Spare Ribs
Had some spare ribs that have been in the freezer for about 3 months and decided today was their day.
4.25 lb rack cooked at 250-275 for 4.5 hrs unwrapped and sauced and wrapped for 1.5 hours.
I have a wild hog roast still on the smoker.

It's stubs from the grocery store. I do a real thin brush before I wrap it. I usually dilute it with water too.

Man! I need to cook SOMETHING. I'm inspired now.
Have you tried diluting that sauce with white vinegar? I find that most store-bought sauces are needing a little kick like that.
