Smoked Loin Backs

Postby cowboydon » Fri Jul 28, 2017 11:44 am

I smoked up some loin backs the other day and used SuckleBusters Texas Pecan BBQ Rub and Hickory wood for that smoke flavor.

Great lookin ribs Don, couldna' done better myself.

By the way everyone, just for the record, Cowboy Don is not just a cowboy by name, but also a cowboy by deed.

A couple of years ago, when Yoda and I were practically drowning in a flood in the middle of a raging thunderstorm, with lightning cracking all around, horizontal wind gusts to 50, torrential rain, and tornadoes ready to pounce on us, Don stepped in out of nowhere like Schwarzenegger on a Holiday and helped us pack out of a cook right in the teeth of a North Texas gale.

No fairweather Cowboy is Don, he is the Bona Fide. Salute! :salut:
