slices of Colby cheese in the middle of the mix

I love poblano's, especially roasted so this has to be a win,win for me. Thats my only issue with stuffed jalapenos, even with the big ones they are too sure.

My Wiffy gets so aggravated when I see something on the Forum and just HAVE TO DO IT - - - so she should be thrilled when I go to HEB next week for Poblanos and stuffing stuff

I know I know I know - - - - was supposed to happen last week but "Life" got in the way and now I find out that Tuesday and Wednesday of next week are obligated - - - - soooo this might not go according to schedule - - - so much for being the head of the household
