Stuffed Poblano peppers

Stuffed Poblano peppers
a NY strip steak through the grinder
2- mild Italian sausages, stripped from their casings
diced sweet onion, mushrooms, garlic- sauteed- chilled
no salt Mrs.Dash
slices of Colby cheese in the middle of the mix
55'mins indirect in the OldSmokey, to 165°
Most Excellent!

I love poblano's, especially roasted so this has to be a win,win for me. Thats my only issue with stuffed jalapenos, even with the big ones they are too sure.

We don't have poblanos, but other peppers in our garden are going strong so we'll try it with them. thanks for the idea.

My Wiffy gets so aggravated when I see something on the Forum and just HAVE TO DO IT - - - so she should be thrilled when I go to HEB next week for Poblanos and stuffing stuff :whiteflag:

I know I know I know - - - - was supposed to happen last week but "Life" got in the way and now I find out that Tuesday and Wednesday of next week are obligated - - - - soooo this might not go according to schedule :banghead: :dont: :whiteflag: - - - so much for being the head of the household :roll:
