Today's cook
Going to do sausage, Pork Tenderloin and Brisket. Brisket went on the Pellet Pooper at 5:15 am. The rest will go on shortly.

Oh it's happening alright. Got a little deep with my score lines thanks to my new extremely sharp boning knife.

Re: Today's cook
Next up pork tenderloin. I tell you what, the next time you cook a Pork Tenderloin try SuckleBusters Sweet Texas Pecan rub and then Glaze it the last 45 minutes with their Peach BBQ sauce. You may never do it any other way.
