Skinning out 24 racks of St Louis cut ribs tonight for tomorrow's cook.
Going save me self some time tomorrow morn and going to season them tonight then wrap in plastic foil and store in a cooler.

Got wood to chop up yet and load the trailer. :(
I'm sure I'll forget half the crap on my list.....oh well...got all day tomorrow to figure it out. :D

I'll be glad once tomorrow is over.....last 10 days been kinda busy smoking

Just got back home and the important stuff cleaned up. Tho I did leave the pit at the river. She still had some coals in the fire box. Figured I didn't need to send any smoke signals to the Troopers of my where abouts. :laughing7: Our county issued a burn ban this morning including all BBQs unless they are propane fired.
Dang near exactly 12 hours from the time I left home this morn to my safe return.

It was a good day and a really good time......the bones weren't too bad either. :D
