I cooked up some Hatch last week to go on eggs and while the flavor was good there was no heat at all.
This years Hot brings the heat a little more than usual. Overheard a conversation regarding this while waiting on mine to be roasted. The roasted had a nice heat for me but I bought a few pre stuffed w/ cheese and threw them on the grill…they were HOT. I was impressed and it usually takes a good kick to do that.
