Will you need to add fuel during the cook? Or is that little compartment full be enough? How long will that amount burn for?

I will get 2 1/2 hours from 1 basket, so yeah I need to add another 1/4 to 1/2 basket to get the cook done for St. Louis, Loin Backs will get done on 1 basket.
