Has to be domestic for that price. Either way I bet it is going to be something special. I have never had the pleasure of seeing a Wagyu brisket. I have seen competition grade briskets going for close to that. I might have to spring for one if I ever saw it, just to know the difference.

Was extremely happy with the turnout. Marbling was excellent. I was worried during the cooking process because the brisket probed like butter at the 4 hour mark but I assumed it was due to the fat content. I'll definitely be buying another.
