Just a lazy Sunday smoke

Postby bondobill » Sun Aug 20, 2017 10:02 pm

Threw a Clucker on the pellet around 2 pm this aft.
Brined in copycat chicken soak then a healthy dose of SBs Clucker dust and Texas pecan.
Let the girl roll for about 3 1/2 hours then slathered her up with a mix of SBs Honey and Chipolte BBQ sauce for the last 5 degrees.

Made up some mashed taters, gravy and nuked some fresh local corn
