shrimp mans on the way with 8lbs of 8-12 count gulf coast shrimp. Now comes the hard part. Not eating them this weekend. Wifys bday is in October and I want to have a shrimp boil for her. Should I just take her out for the bday and cook the shrimp or what?

Tuff decision, Juice-Tone, however, I would certainly take the Wiffy out for her BD for Supper - just the two of you. NOW ABOUT THE SCWIMPS - - - whatever you do don't rob yourself of enjoying those big boys. ?maybe a pre-BD gathering and then the candle light Supper later - - - unless you have something against being a Hero

You can't keep the shrimp till October and freezing, then boiling - not in Casa egghead. Enjoy while fresh. Take your bride on a nice vacation for her BDay - Hawaii, Cocodrie, or Pierre Part come to mind.
