Postby 88rxna » Fri Sep 01, 2017 5:07 pm

Finally splurged and bought a griller from bells today. 8 pounds of heaven..
Sausage, Swiss cheese, chicken, ham and bacon... :D
This is going on the weber performer along with a rack of ribs on the WSMImage

X 2, I'm wondering too with those ingredients, is it just a mess of meat wrapped in bacon?

No offense taken!! It's a local legend..
I apologize for not explaining myself.

On the site you'll find some Intel about Jacks "griller". People come from miles to this little "ma and pa" shop..
It's basically his own blend of sausage, wrapped in Swiss cheese, ham then de-boned chicken and bacon...it is definitely a mess of meat wrapped in bacon!!! Lol
I promise I'll have pictures of the carnage tomorrow.
