Brisket for Gabby

Postby Grubby » Wed Dec 13, 2017 9:35 am

My beautiful granddaughter Gabby wants a brisket for her college graduation party this weekend, so Boompa (me) goes to work. The party is not until this weekend so I am cooking today and will re-heat on Saturday. I will update with pics as this cook progresses. Hope to keep y'all entertained!

Here is the big honker ;

And she's off! Onto the counter for a little rest...
We may have to sample some for quality control.

Guess this makes you an Oompa Boompa.

Sorry, couldn't lay that one off. Congrats to your Gabby on the fine occasion of her Graduation.
