Lump charcoall
I just got another bag of the charcoal that produced that huge lump I showed all. This one is full of fist size and larger lumps. Going to try my new BBQ sauce on some country style ribs and a spatchcocked bird.

I have learned this. No matter the post, you my friend are going to reply. I wish all of us regular posters could share an adult beverage around a camp fire. We could do it in chili farmers memory God rest his soul. Maybe one day we could have a Texas BBQ forum get together. We would have to chip in for russes ticket to the free world!

Presentation is the only thing I see going for spatchcock birds and the fact you are getting rid of the spine. From my pitiful pics you know I'm not that concerned about presentation so beer can all the way for me.

Looks good Justin. Glad you found a sauce that works with the diet.
Agreed it would be awesome to meet this group, swap some lies and share a cold one.
