Sunday Ham

Started out with Cure 81 Spiral I caught on sale. Just smoked it about 4 hours and put the package glaze on it. Might not do that glaze next time.

Looks good, Wild Bill, :salut: for me Ham is like Turkey - - - I forget how good they are and don't think about cooking them until the Holidays :dont:

It's only a matter of time before he starts looking in the direction of that aroma and smoke, lol.

Unfortunately no,
We can't get him to eat ribs, chicken or steak for anything lol.

He could live on Bananas, Tomatoes, Cheerios, and Apples and Pears..
If he didn't look just like me and act like his Momma, I would think maybe foul play at the hospital lol.

It's ok, he's still young.
I told Deb we might have a Vegetarian on our hands, so I'm scheming now while he's naive to set him on the Steak and Rib track while he's still smaller than me :):)
