Smoked and Pulled Chuck Roast

Postby cowboydon » Fri Feb 09, 2018 6:55 pm

Threw a beef chuck roast on the kettle today .. Rubbed it with 2 of our favorite SuckleBusters rubs - Texas Pecan BBQ Rub and 1836 BBQ Rub. used some hickory for smoke. Pulled it and threw in a little SuckleBusters Honey BBQ Sauce and made sammies from some fresh Bahn Mi rolls I had

Mouthwatering CBD,
Looks STUPENDOUS !

Q4U,
How do you describe the 1836 rub taste and texture wise ?
Pecan is my fav rub from SB and that Honey BBQ is amazing as well.
I'd love to do the cook you just did to the letter but I'm worried the 1836 might be too hot ??

TIA
