Pick a Name

Postby jwh » Sat Feb 24, 2018 3:10 pm

I'm smokin' stuff today. I'm gonna put it in the slow cooker for a few hours after it smokes. I dunno what to call it. What do you think?

Ingredients (smoked):

1. Chicken Breasts (seared on grill first), brined, rubbed with paprika, garlic, salt, pepper
2. Cauliflower (charred on the grill first)
3. Diced tomatoes
4. Brocolli
5. Carrots
6. Celery
7. Yeller on-yown
8. Poblano chiles
9. yeller skwaush
10. Zoo-keeni

Ingredients (not-smoked):

1. Serrano peppers
2. Smoked sausage (grilled for a char)
3. Chicken Stock
4. Bacon
5. Various spices (chili powder, paprika, cayenne, crushed red pepper, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, cumin, and cumin -and probably some cumin)
6. Almond Flour for thickening the soup

I dunno what to call it.

Smoked Kitchen Sink Stew?
