Pulled pork frittata

Put a butt on the egg last night and pulled it off this morning. May as well have a pulled pork frittata for brunch. :D

Added cheese and then into a 350 oven till almost done

LOL - we make frittatas fairly often. Generally with left overs in the fridge. frittatas made with leftovers from a crawfish boil outnumber all the rest put together. But this one wasn’t from leftovers and it was yummy. :D
