I will be buying these again. They have a fair amount of meat to them. :D
I might have left them in the foil too long. Was planning on 2 hours after wrapping, glad I checked it after a hour. :shock:

Still where plenty moist, tender and flavorful.

Look pretty good to me, Bill. I'd say you caught the issue early like I did with the Rec Tec running hot with my ribs the other day, and recovered nicely. :tup: I'd eat those fer sure.

Rec Tec is shipping me a new temperature probe for the grill BTW. If the ribs cooked faster than expected, you might want to check how hot your grill is running with a second thermometer.

I see them all the time in our local Costco (Humble, TX), but the price just turns me off. I hate paying over $5 per pound for so much bone. Still, they might make their way to into my cart someday.

I tried looking for them today but my local
Costco does not carry them. I’ll try another location.
