Where’s the best place to buy Dino Ribs? Also best method to cook?

Go to a meat market (not grocer) and ask for short plate ribs or flanken ribs (before they are crosscut like you see in Grocery cases) or just say you want some Dino ribs.

Rub with S/B SPG, smoke at 250 for 6-7 hours. Ready when the probe like butter.

Costco seems to have them now, or for now, and the price is better than most places.

I've seen them at Central Market for $7.50/lbs in 4-5 rib racks.
Custom vertical offset.

That's what I see also and what made me stop buying them, until Costco had them for more than two bucks a lb less..at $5.19!
