Sirloin tip roast

Found a 4+lb Kobe beef roast in the freezer that I’m thawing out as we speak it’s already seasoned so what do you guys think temp and length of smoke time of it??

I don’t think my wife is happy she said as long as I am smoking meat, she doesn’t think she will participate in eating it. Do you think she is still hacked by losing the rib contest?

Nope we went through that chunk quickly. I would have thought 1/2-3/4 pound each but they ate more and so did I.
