We had a change to our traditional meet up at my Aunts house this year. Somehow that resulted in my inlaws coming to my house…guess I better figure something out pretty quick.

Here's our menu this Easter:

Turkey slow cooked on the Rec Tec pellet pooper
Garlic & Rosemary Roasted baby potatoes (gonna start them on the Rec Tec to give them a little smoke also, then to the oven to crisp)
A riced cauliflower recipe we found on Food Network's website. Looked more exciting than plain riced cauliflower https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/food-network-kitchen/healthy-sicilian-cauliflower-rice-3363791
Cucumber Salad
Garlic Rosemary Parm biscuits

Dessert:
Chocolate hazelnut lava cake alamode
Italian Easter Pie
Rec Tec 680
Weber 22" Premium Kettle Grill in Green

Well, wife just left work and went to the Dr sick and she has the flu. So plans are likely changing again. Might quarantine her and cook something for me and the kids. Maybe I’ll let them choose…that can be dangerous.

Bummer bout the Missus, Sooner - - - - hope she recovers quickly and Y'all are spared from any of it.

I ordered my small gator today and was promised delivery no later than Saturday evening.

I'll start a separate thread when it gets here with recipe and pics.

Peace Bro

Alligator should be here tomorrow THEN the work starts - - trimming and overnight brine then mixing the spritz bottle (instead of mopping) my Podnah also told me to put foil under him, sprinkle with Hootchie Mama and then lay the bacon strips on about and hour or more before the end of the grilling/smoking  :wav:
