It’s my birthday so and it’s a grilling day

Postby Copasspupil » Tue Apr 03, 2018 10:06 am

Hit the big 50 today. To celebrate it, I’m grilling up some rib caps and pork tenderloin. Nothing real fancy on the beef just salt and pepper blend. The pork tenderloin is a garlic citrus marinade. Pics to follow.

It went very well thanks but the last 2 1/2 hrs I’ve been in a food coma. I need to just stop fighting it and go to bed. Isn’t that what we do now.
