Was that the day the Chinese satellite cratered to earth? Maybe it had some kinda secret anti brisket ray on it....
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

First time I looked at this thread- I had the same thing, on the same day: 12.5 lb’er that went 16 plus hours at 270ish. It blew right through an expected stall at 160, then just camped at 180 for HOURS. It finally started a move up at about 11 pm, pulled it about midnight at 210. It turned out good, but it certainly threw a wrench into my learning curve on these things, and getting the newish pit figured out..

Edit: I didn’t even think about it, but my wife brought up the fact that March 31 was a full moon... don’t know if that matters, but note to self...

Impressive piece of meat!
Looking forward to more camping trip with my family. I need a new tonneau cover to secure my equipment and pit.

Well, not quite a full moon this time, that’s monday... it’s doing it again, though: 13 hours in and a long way to go.....
