Cold and Windy?? what to do??
Of Course ... put a brisket on last night and stay in and watch the Masters. Pics when it comes off. I didn't take any last night at 10:30.

Considering Mariah, I'd keep one eye on the Masters and one on the Brisket - - nothing for a stepper, eh B.C.

Time to wrap the Master's Brisket
OUP Hudson will be here later today. His next huge 8-9 hour surgery is April 23rd.
Rambo, I have a Camp Chef Lux pellet cooker. Set and go to bed.

Taake beer and deviled eggs and just show up at his door sooner. Never can go wrong with that combination.

Ok done. Tastes better than it looks. Maybe I shouldn't have wrapped it. It was coming along fine at 170.
