Me too. I suck at the pork butt. It’s my next thing I’d like to conquer. I mean is there any better than a juicy butt people?

Thanks y’all. It’s pretty easy. All I did was use salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika for the rub. Fire at 250 degrees. I spray it with apple cider vinegar every hour or so. Then after 5 hours I wrap it. Then let it cook another 4 hours (so 9 hours total).
