Just got mine about 3 weeks ago. It is really neat. Had some trouble keeping the temp down at first, but got it under control now. Great product

Love mine. Found the keys to keeping temps down is filling the water trough. Also was helpful to mark the bottom vent of my kettle so I know when it’s 1/4 1/2 wide open etc.

I learned the hard way that it also is pretty important to have the bottom of you kettle relatively clean. Mine was so built up with grease crud that my ash sweepers weren't sitting on the bottom so my intake air was always inconsistent. Since I cleaned that it has been a pleasure to cook with the SNS and I can pretty much dial it in to whatever temp I want.

I have one for my kettle and love it. Even though I have a few different cookers on my patio, the Kettle with the SlowNSear has got to be the best bang for the buck cooker you can buy.
