Ego stroke!!!

I brought some leftover brisket to a friend who used to own a restaurant. He said it was the best he had ever had. Either he has never had good brisket or i got real lucky.

Gotta agree with Bsooner. More likely it's "just" hard work and practice. Luck is opportunity met by preparation. Food will stay at that level or improve as long as you don't start coasting from here. ;) :salut: :chef:
