Enjoyed Demo cook

Postby egghead » Sat May 05, 2018 5:53 pm

Demo was from 10-3. Ran out of everything except pulled pork and pulled beef didn’t think I would run out of them - brought a bunch. S/B rubs and sauces moved very well. Ran out of my newest favorite - Texas Pecan.

Rave reviews on all but the dates followed by pig on a stick and chick on a stick were the favorites.

Didn’t take a lot of pics - got pretty busy

An Eggstravaganza!
