20 hours to the minute! I had to take a 2 hour nap a bit ago to recharge the ol' batteries. Pulled the 2 biggest briskets, now on home stretch! Chicken is marinating, I gotta run to the store for a couple items and then I'll start the pico.

Thanks all! Pictured here is my halfway point on the pico de gallo. 3 gallon bucket should be enough. Lol!

Some slices from the brisket. The crowd is going wild! I'm having many visitors to the kitchen while im warming this up. Folks out here aren't used to TX bbq. Lol!

Home now from the event. Wow is all I have to say. I wish I had more pictures, it was a beautiful wedding. Largest one I have done so far and the second largest for the venue. They said the largest wedding they had was 300 people. Very nice place in a beautiful setting. The owners were impressed with my work as well, they personally took a good chunk of my business cards to refer me to those asking them for caterers! I am exhausted after the last 2 and a half days and to end this with the praises I received is an awesome feeling. Now it's time to unwind and finally get some rest!
