Great looking food in here. Looks like a lot of happy moms for sure! My offering is easy enough. Pictured here is the chicken breasts and potential poppers; jalapeños and the stuffing is in the Ziploc right above them. Cream cheese mixed with some shredded cheddar.

After making the poppers, I cut a slit in each breast to insert said popper inside the breast.

Afterwards, wrap with bacon aand season generously. I chose some Sucklebusters Texas pecan!

For dessert, she wanted some homemade strawberry ice cream.
Here is the strawberry compote in progress.

Mixed and cooled down with the custard base.

About 45 minutes in the ice cream churn, it's ready to go to the freezer to set! I snuck a taste here and wow.. I think she's gonna be happy with the end result!

A really knocked it out of the park. My MIL wanted to come over early and have breakfast. Seeing that we took the kids to Oklahoma for the Big 12 Softball Tournament Saturday we said, let’s call it brunch. Pulled into the garage last night at 12:30 and my butt was dragging this morning.

Fired up the Blackstone and did some breakfast burritos ala King Chefs Diner. Everybody loved them…I feel like I got off easy :) . Wife’s not a food pic taker but she even snapped one and bragged on the Facepage.

They wanted. Mother’s Day and daughters birthday so they definitely got what they asked for: burger sliders for the I had a stuffed garlic and cheddar cheeseburger, spicy lime chili shrimp kabobs chicken sausages and grilled pineapple. For dessert we had cheesecake.
