Cardiac Arrest

Postby RUBYRW » Mon May 21, 2018 12:24 pm

Well, along with the beef ribs yesterday, I made a few onion blooms (many other names) in my deep fryer.
So today I went outside to filter the oil and clean up, but decided, let's try something new.(for me)
Couple strip steaks went swimming.
Now I'll go to my doctor to verify the arteries are flowing still.Image

Besides looking delicious :salut: and dangerous, :whiteflag: it also looks like a Bobtailed Cat climbing up on a tree stump. :laughing7:  :D

Surprisingly really good...the fat on the edge developed a seasoned crisp...but something told me not to eat like this often. I had a rib eye roast at a buddies deep fried and that was delicious too.
Only took maybe 4 minutes or so to get to medium .

Years ago we used to visit a place in Eugene Ore....... or it could have been in Lewiston Id. :dont: cant remember exactly where ... Ok it was a long time ago.
The place was called BoJacks. On their appetizer menu they had deep fried breaded cubed Sirloin Steak. It was amazing.

Now ya got me going RUBYRW.
Going give it a try. Thank you Sir. :salut: :salut: :chef:

Every time I've fried a turkey, I've thought about frying some beef just to see how it turns out.

Might try some beef the next time I fry a turkey.
