Graduation party Texas style

Postby limey » Sun May 27, 2018 9:58 pm

My FIL neighbor asked us to cook for his daughters graduation party. All we provided was the pit and our cooking skills, on the menu, fajitas and sausage from Smittys. We cooked everything on my FIL completion Texas Pit. Pretty easy cook, pit cooked like I remembered it.Onions and Peppers were cooked using foil packs. Chicken was cooked over the coals, was pre marinaded but we used SuckleBuster SPG. Everything was cooked including tortillas in a bout 2 hours. With a lil beer drinking and sampling included. Had several people thank us for the great meal. Very proud of the graduate, she won the 3A UIL state golf tournament and will be playing golf for SouthWestern University.

Holy Crap. That would restock the pond in the morning for sure. When I die, I want to go there to stay.

Just how big are those sausages. I want one.

I think they are 1/2 lb maybe bigger, some of the best around from Smittys in Lockhart.

Special prom. I want to say that graduation is a very important holiday in everyone's life, so sometimes you should even go to the tutor and buy an essay from the service in order to finish school and attend this holiday.
