Thanks, this was a two fold request - - - one to see the Grill and two Jim Bowie was my fourth great Uncle :texas:

What type Pellets did you use ?

That's some history there!

I used the Green Mountain Texas Blend. I think its a Mesquite, Oak and Hickory blended pellet. It's tasty, and despite the thick smoke ring, the flavor is on the milder side which my wife seems to enjoy more.
